EU Zone A: Belgium, Germany.
EU Zone B: Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Austria, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Czech Republic.

EU Zone D: Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Cyprus, Malta.
Rest of the world: United States, Canada, Japan, United Kingdom (€ 15.00), Australia, Brazil, Norway, Switserland, China, Hong Kong, New-Zealand, South Africa, Taiwan.
Customers outside of the EU will be liable for any import duties in the receiving country.
Products entering the UK will be subject to VAT. Import duties may apply. 20% VAT on orders under £135 will be collected directly at the point of sale. Orders with a total value over £135 customs will charge the 20% VAT at import. Import duties are usually charged on NON-EU made goods. Percentage varies. These will not be prepaid. They will be charged by the courier on behalf of the Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
Delivery
Delivery time depends on your location. Orders placed and paid before 18:00h CEST will be shipped the following business day. Delivery time in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is 1-3 business days. European orders will be delivered within 2-6 business days. Due to local lockdowns and/or other security measures for COVID-19, the above mentioned transit times could differ.
If the order is not delivered within 30 days from the date Ensoul received the payment, consumer is entitled to cancel the order. Then Ensoul is obliged to refund the payment within 30 days. Products are shipped directly from the Netherlands.
IMPORTANT – If a package is returned to the Netherlands because the buyer did not claim the package, ensoul.store does not send replacements.
Ensoul.store is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. Ensoul.store has no control over this.
The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and ensoul.store has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
Return & exchange policy
If you are not happy with the product(s) you can send it back within 14 days after receiving the good(s).
Please send us an email when doing so at service@ensoul.store.
All returns must be accompanied with either:
– A physical filled-out return form (you can DOWNLOAD one here)
– Or through our online MyParcel return system (can be found in your e-mail inbox after your order has been delivered)
Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition in the original packaging. All tags and any essential addition to the packaging must be returned.
Please contact us via info@ensoul.store when a product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong color/size. We will pay for the shipping costs (shipping costs should be proportional to the package) in the form of a refund. In all other cases you will have to pay for the shipping costs of the returned good(s). You will be responsible for the return shipment.
If applicable a refund will be issued within 8 working days. In case of an exchange, if the desired product is not available you will receive a refund.
Discounted items or products bought during a sale are non-returnable/non-refundable.
Cancellation
At all times Ensoul reserves the right to unilaterally cancel an order.
